If you are not available to attend a homeowner association meeting, Oregon State Law allows a homeowner to assign their voting rights to a representative who will vote on your behalf. Please fill out and sign a Proxy form. Proxy forms attached below. Please note, only 1 vote per household.

July 25-26, one dumpster box inside RV lot

August 1-2, one dumpster box inside RV lot
RV lot gate will be open from 10am to 5pm
(or until the dumpster is full)
Residents must be paid up current on the HOA dues in order to use the dumpsters. Contact Treasurer to arrange payment at:

To ensure all eligible residents will have the opportunity to use the dumpsters, everyone will be allowed to dump the equivalent size of a pick-up truckload.
Total dumpster load must be evenly distributed and not exceed the top of the drop box. Please keep this in mind when dropping off items.
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED IN DUMPSTERS
NO tires, railroad ties, hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals or combustible liquids
NO refrigerators, auto parts, batteries or appliances
NO ASBESTOS containing materials:
Such as “Popcorn” ceiling texture, Vinyl flooring & tiles,
exterior cement siding, etc.
